No other way to explain it. Captain Kristopher Cross aka Kriscross is a drunk. A sad example of greatness lost. Even though Captain Cross's alcohol addiction handicapped him. He always seemed to pull off miracle circumstances enabling him to cheat certain death over and over until one fatal mission where lives were lost. His likeness is an Actor/Cos player named Eric Moran.

General Biography:
Kristopher Cross comes from a long line of Starfleet officers dating back to his great grandfather, Fleet Admiral Eric Jerico.

Cross was born circa in the mid 2300s. He entered Starfleet Academy at 17 years old.
By 2336, Cross was an Ensign in Starfleet Intelligence. He served aboard his fathers starship, The USS Barrington. Under his Brother Lieutenant Barry Cross. Cross mentioned that to be the hardest year of his life.

By 2352, Cross had reached the rank of Commander, and was assigned to the USS Lategulf as X.O.
At some later point, Cross reached the rank of Captain, and was given command of the USS Sycamore.

His first officer on that ship was Commander Roger Joe Bob. (SCE Progress)
It was rumored that Commander Joe Bob was a terrible X.O and rode Captain Cross's coat tails until an ill fated mission where Commander Joe Bob and his crew away team died.
